installed in 18 underground coal mines in China and is the only system based on CDMA2000
technology. FirstResponse is a CDMA-based emergency response management solution
designed for government agencies, public security departments, military and other public
applications. FirstResponse can be built as a standalone mobile network within twenty minutes
to provide reliable voice, SMS, data/video, teleconference, and dispatching services for field
rescue staff on site. FirstResponse, a low-cost distributed mobile network solution, can be
deployed in rural and other remote areas to easily provide mobile services for people overlooked
by telecom carriers.
- CNI is incorporated in Washington state, USA and maintains offices in the USA (Seattle
and Los Angeles), Canada (Vancouver, BC), and China (Beijing, Shanghai, Fujian,
and Jiangsu). Our focus is IP-based CDMA/GSM/WCDMA network solutions for the enterprises.

December 19, 2011, Confederal Networks (China) Ltd's patent application, which is related to one kind of LTE network solution for coal mines, has been accepted by State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China.
